Pre-Purchase Due Diligence

Acquisition due diligence is crucial to any RTO purchase, merger or acquisition. This involves a forensic investigation on the RTO's current and historic compliance operations. The report will give you an insight into what you are purchasing, down to the detail, the currency of information and the risks. The turnaround time is quick (2 days), as long as there is access to the RTO’s evidence.

Cost: $1500 plus GST for a report and investigation.
