  1. A meeting to discuss the business systems, business plans and key performance indicators.
  2. Environmental scan process allows for research, competitor analysis, market analysis and other information gathering.
  3. A business plan and any supporting reports are devised to identify the findings and specifically highlighting and addressing:
    • The current situation in the market
    • KPI’s – where they are and where they should be
    • A SWOT analysis to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
    • The strategies moving forward
    • An action plan of key priorities and estimation of timing requirements is provided

THE COST
All meetings, research, inclusive of business plan, report with findings, action plan and follow-up meeting: $2850 plus GST.
